February 24, 2025
HARRISBURG—A state Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF) grant totaling over $775,000 was awarded to Keystone FC for improvements along Lisburn Road in South Middleton Township, according to Rep. Thomas Kutz (R-87) and Sen. Greg Rothman (R-34).
“Making improvements to Lisburn Road will strengthen our county’s economy and drive growth to South Middleton Township,” said Kutz. “These improvements will pave the way for residents and travelers alike to experience the best of Cumberland County and the Boiling Springs community. I’m eager to see this project to completion and excited to see the impact it will have on our community.”
“Improving roadway infrastructure to support the development of recreational facilities is a win for all involved,” Rothman said. “Keystone FC’s sports complex will be an asset to the region and I’m excited by all of the opportunities it will provide for our residents and the local economy.”
The funding for these grants was approved by the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA). CFA is an independent agency that holds fiduciary responsibility over the funding of programs and investments in Pennsylvania’s economic growth.
