Rep. Thomas Kutz serves Pennsylvania’s 87th Legislative District in the state House of Representatives.

The district includes the townships of Upper Allen, Lower Allen, Silver Spring, Monroe, and South Middleton, as well as Mount Holly Springs Borough.

During the 2025-26 Legislative Session, Kutz will serve on the House Appropriations; Consumer Protection, Technology and Utilities; Finance; Insurance; Rules; and Intergovernmental Affairs and Operations committees.
